Scan your workout. Run it on your Watch.
Turn the whiteboard into a workout on your watch.
Scan a whiteboard, import a photo or PDF, or build one by hand, then send it to your Apple Watch.

You know this moment.
The class is in. The whiteboard is full. Somebody photographs it, somebody copies it into their notes, half the class is looking over shoulders, and the whiteboard is already half-wiped by the time you read the second block.
The workout never asks you for a screenshot. It asks you to read it once and go. That's all it needs to be usable.
Before the app: the Whiteboard Graveyard.
Here lies Tuesday's EMOM. Photographed. Never opened.
Somewhere in your camera roll, a shelf of whiteboard photos you never opened again. Slightly blurry. Taken at an angle. With a thumb in focus where the finish time should be.
Tonight they're getting the funeral they deserve.
Post yours. #WhiteboardGraveyard · Blur names and faces that aren't yours.
From whiteboard to watch in four steps.
Scan it
Photograph the whiteboard, import a photo, a PDF, or a text, or build a WOD by hand. Scanning requires Pro.
Review & save
Every WOD lives in the same editor: type, rounds, movement, reps, distance, load. Looks good → Save.
Schedule it
Decide when you want it. Pick the day, pick the hour.
Run it on your watch
When it's your time, you launch it. The watch guides you block after block: next movement, move forward, move back. It won't start on its own: you tap start on the Watch.
This guided session is the one the founder runs on his own Apple Watch, September 28, 2026.
You are not "Other."
Named blocks. Not a blob.
You tell everyone you train. Your watch doesn't tell anyone.
One app, three ways to use it.
Athlete
Photograph the whiteboard, or import a photo, a PDF, or a text. Named blocks, not a blob: AMRAP, EMOM, for time. You launch it when it's your turn; the watch guides you block after block. It won't start on its own: you tap start on the Watch. You stay in control.
Scanning requires Pro.
Squad
A link from your coach works even if you open it on the web. You've got two chats: one with your coach, one for the squad. You get a push: your coach sent a new WOD. Open it. The chat is a chat: say hi.
Free
Receiving a shared WOD is free. Build a WOD by hand and find WODs in the public library. Send one at a time to your watch. And the board you want to scan? Scanning requires Pro. AI search in the public library requires Pro too.
Coaches: write to us.
Why we're building this.
Vision
A world where training is executable by default: any workout goes from intent → wrist → done, without screenshots, guesswork and scattered tools.
Mission
We turn the workout in front of you (a photo, a PDF, a text) into a structured, saved and scheduled session, and we put it on the wrist; we give coaches the rails to program once and send it to every athlete.
Questions
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Without a Watch, the app runs on your iPhone: build a WOD by hand, find WODs in the public library, and receive a shared WOD: save it or make a copy.
What happens to my whiteboard photo?
Your photo is read to produce your workout. The source photo is not kept long-term (only a non-reversible hash stays), and you can delete your account and data from inside the app. We do not use your content to train our own or third-party AI models.
